Same white puck, same braided cable on the outside — but the internals now speak Qi2.2 and peak at 25W. The surprise for Android users: this puck now fast-charges a Google Pixel 10 at 25W too, instead of being an Apple-only accessory.

The reason it's worth covering: for three years, magnetic wireless charging has been "loud on accessories, quiet on phones." Car mounts, desktop pads, and magnetic power banks have filled the shelves, yet most phones that actually snap into place were still iPhones, with only a handful of Androids carrying the ecosystem. Price stays at $39 (1-meter) and $49 (2-meter). 25W wireless still trails some Androids' 100W-plus wired charging — but "drop it on the pad, it's full before your coffee's gone" is finally real this year.

For the magnetic wireless charging supply chain, this is the signal that the floor is set. Belkin, Anker, UGREEN, Baseus — the accessory makers — already stocked full Qi2.2 lineups; now the device side has caught up. A single pad that feeds phone, earbuds, and watch — multi-device wireless charging — is no longer an Apple-user privilege. Zoom out, and once home and public-space wireless charging settles on one Qi2.2 standard, one install serves every guest's phone, killing the compatibility anxiety.

Magnetic wireless charging has promised "one standard for all" for three years, yet in practice it shipped as "mostly Apple." In 2026 that promise finally shows up in hardware you can actually buy.
